Please read this privacy policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the site or use our services.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect includes:
- Personal Data: Personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address, company name (optional), that you voluntarily give to us when you register for an account, use our Services, make a purchase, or contact us.
- Payment Data: We collect payment information necessary to process your payments if you make purchases, such as your billing address. However, most payment data (like full credit card numbers) is processed directly by our third-party payment processor, Stripe, and is not stored on our servers. We may receive transaction identifiers and summary information from Stripe.
- Client Content: Content files (video, audio, text, images) or links to content that you submit to us through the client portal or other means for the purpose of providing the Services. This content is processed and stored as necessary to perform the repurposing service.
- Contact Form Data: Information you provide when you contact us via our website's contact form, including your name, email address, reason for contacting, and message content.
- Derivative Data (Usage Data): Information our servers automatically collect when you access the Website, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, access times, and the pages you have viewed directly before and after accessing the Website. We also use Google Analytics, which collects similar usage data. We collect usage data to analyze site performance, enhance user experience, and ensure security.

- Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience with the Website and Services.
- Comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Prevent fraudulent transactions, monitor against theft, and protect against criminal activity.
3. Legal Basis for Processing (for GDPR/Relevant Jurisdictions)
We process your personal data based on the following legal grounds:
- Contract Necessity: To fulfill our contractual obligations to you when you subscribe to our Services (e.g., process payments, provide deliverables, manage your account).
- Legitimate Interests: For purposes like improving our Services, website analytics, security, and fraud prevention, provided these interests are not overridden by your data protection interests or fundamental rights and freedoms.

5. Google Drive Integration
Our Services include an optional integration with Google Drive that allows you to browse and select files from your own Google Drive within our application. This integration is implemented using the Google Drive API and utilizes the restricted scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.readonly
.
- Limited Access: This restricted scope provides our application with read-only access to file and folder metadata (such as names, IDs, and file types) exclusively for the purpose of allowing you to browse and select your own files.
- User Control: You must explicitly grant permission through Google's OAuth consent screen before we can access any information from your Google Drive.

- Display your files and folders for selection within our application
- Generate URLs for files you choose to use with our Services
- Transfer your selected files to our system for processing according to your instructions
- Data Storage: We may temporarily store minimal metadata (file names, IDs) for the files you select, solely to facilitate your use of our Services. This data is stored securely and is associated only with your account.

- Advertising purposes
- Personalizing content or advertisements to you
- Selling to third parties
- Building user profiles
- Any purpose unrelated to the functionality you explicitly request
- No Content Storage: Our application does not permanently store the content of your Google Drive files unless you explicitly instruct us to use specific files as part of our content repurposing services.
